Introduced to the U.S. in 2005, Staub cookware has been creating enameled cast iron casseroles, cocottes and ramekins since 1892. Staub is a family-owned company based in Alsace (France) and founded by Francis Staub. All its enameled sand-cast iron products are manufactured in France by three production sites that include a foundry, two enamelworks factories and a stoneware factory.
